There are practically no more Jews left in this beautiful seaside town which was once known as the Deauville marocain because of its lovely beaches and its balmy weather. The Jews are gone and all that is left, is a ruined synagogue and an abandonned cemetery. Have a look a my other clips to get a feel what I meant above. Thanks for watching.

These pictures offer a glimpse of that wonderful community which lived in peace and harmony with its muslim neighbours. For its traditions of friendship and tolerance Morocco is indeed an exception in the arab world, and Moroccans can rightly be proud !!
